Magdalena is living her dream as a full-time yoga instructor in Bali, and loving every moment. She teaches vinyasa, hatha, yin, restorative, as well as incorporating meditation and mindfulness practices into her classes. She came from the corporate world and was inclined to learn more of the world of yoga from her steady practice. Yoga became a huge part of her life, connecting her deeply into her body and mind. She emphasizes the values of self-love, body awareness, acceptance, and respect of body limitations that she has learned along her own practice. Magdalena has since completed a 300-hour training and takes with her the Peaceful Warrior mindset of practicing yoga both on and off the mat. Teaching has brought Magdalena rewarding attributes that thrive from sharing love, good energy, and knowledge with others.
