Olga has been teaching yoga since 2018 and is an interior designer. Before she got into teaching that was her full-time job. Yoga has been a part of Olga’s life for maybe 10 years now. In the beginning, her practice was only a light workout or stretching after running. A few years back she decided to do a yoga challenge and practice every day and then it just clicked!
Quickly after establishing her yoga routine, she decided to do her first teacher training in Poland – it was Ashtanga Yoga oriented. Olga decided to do a second 200hr YTT and decided on training with The Peaceful Warriors training. It was a very different experience. As she already had her practice established and worked as a teacher, her focus on different aspects of the training. Particular highlights including going deeper into breathwork, meditation, getting to know Hatha yoga and slowing doing her practice.
It gave Olga a more mindful approach, and it was possible thanks to the amazing Balinese atmosphere and really great teachers. Olga gained a burst of creativity when it comes to creating vinyasa flows and she absolutely loves this style and the variety of options it gives.
You can find Olga teaching dynamic vinyasa classes mostly. She’s trained to teach Hatha, Yin, Restorative and Ashtanga yoga as well. Olga teaches studios and corporate classes in Warsaw along with her main passion Yoga Retreats.
