Sami has a passion (admittedly an obsession) for finding for herself & helping others achieve total health & wellbeing. To find peak physical & mental health for a long happy life.
Struggling with mental health illness for nearly a decade now, Sami found healing through a regular yoga practice. Wanting to share this with as many as she can and to incorporate into her current work as a whole physiotherapist was the catalyst for choosing to do her YTT. With so many teacher trainings to choose from, Sami notes that it was the combo of right timing, great location and simply a strong gut feeling for choosing The Peaceful Warriors. “Whether it be the luck of the group or the universe doing its magic… that Jan2019 YTT was amazing, special and something that will hold special in my heart forever. My mental health illnesses made the course extra challenging for me (Ask Bente how much I grimaced during pranayama haha) but it was an experience I needed & forever grateful for.”
Sami now works as a part-time yoga teacher and coach at a mental health focussed strength & conditioning gym in Newcastle called Real365, part-time as a physiotherapist. Sami has too since become a practising nutritionist and beginning her work as her ideal role of a health & wellbeing coach incorporating all her area of study.
Sami looks forward to returning to Bali to do further training & to revisit The Peaceful Warrior family around the world, to see her forever yogi family!
