Xiao found yoga in 2017 through a means of looking for an activity that will keep her fit, healthy, and relaxed. She left her position in the corporate world as a clinical research associate to share what she loves. After attending the Peaceful Warrior training in October 2018, she now teaches in Cambodia. Xiao has since taken a 50-hour course specializing in adjustments and teaches Vinyasa and Yin/Nidra Yoga. She enjoys guiding students to the edge of their comfort zone and laughing with them in these challenging moments. Teaching has welcomed Xiao into a worldwide family of likeminded yogis where she feels supported. She believes that yoga is beneficial to everyone and strives share the practice in order to work with people in a positive way. Xiao continues to learn about yoga both as a student and a teacher to live mindfully on and off the mat.
Xiao has since taken a 100-hour Yin and Nidra training in India and a 50hr Subtle practices in Australia. She enjoys guiding students to the edge of their comfort zone and laughing with them in these challenging moments. Teaching has welcomed Xiao into a worldwide family of like-minded yogis where she feels supported. She believes that yoga is beneficial to everyone and strives share the practice in order to work with people in a positive way. Xiao continues to learn about yoga both as a student and a teacher to live mindfully on and off the mat.
