Having grown up on the beautiful island of Bali, Nadia developed a passion for health at an early age. As a child, this took the shape of devising creative inventions to get her parents to stop smoking.
In time, it developed into a growing interest in exercise and nutrition, and eventually, this led to a passion for yoga.
After completing her master’s in Health Psychology in London, she decided to deepen her understanding of yoga as a keystone practice for holistic health and wellbeing.
When Nadia completed her YTT in August 2020, she was mainly interested in teaching elderly students. Now, her yoga classes have evolved to feature more upbeat, energizing sequences that aim to train students to find a place of calm in even the most challenging situations.
Nadia also uses her behavioural psychology background in her work as a habit coach.
Besides working with businesses and private clients, she teaches her online course, Yoga Habit. This course is designed to help people stick to their yoga practice over the long haul.
Nadia offers her online 7 day free Yoga Habit course on all our 200hr YTT’s.
